Apart from these hours, we will be with you 24 hours a day with the Phone / Whatsapp number we will give you during your welcome and check-in procedures.

 

* Sales / Reservation:

You can reach us from the fixed number (0242 836 30 14) or Whatsapp number (0530 716 24 00) between the hours when our reception is open, you can get information about our hotel and create a reservation. Calls and messages left after 10:30 pm in the evening on our Whatsapp number are always returned after 8:30 am the next morning.

* Check-in Service:

We would like you to know that although the check-in time to your room is 2:00 pm at the earliest, we will gladly accept your early check-in request if your room is available.

We will definitely call you by phone before your check-in date at our hotel. In this way, we will share our location with you so that you can find our hotel easily, and we will confirm your approximate arrival time in order to meet you in the best way, even outside the reception hours. We will help you settle into your room in the best way possible by making your check-in process quickly.

 

* Check-out Service:

Although the check-out time from your room is 11:00 am, we will gladly accept your late check-out request in case there is no new reservation for the room you stay in that day. In case of a reservation for the room you are staying in, you can store your luggage in the lobby, take a shower in the areas we will show you in our hotel, benefit from clean towels and toiletries and spend as much time in our hotel as you wish.

 

* Tour and Consulting Service:

We are with you so that our guests, who are visiting Kaş for the first time, can discover the beauties of Kaş. You can consult us on any subject and trust our advice.
